Confidentiality Policy for Team Members
Communities First, Inc. respects the privacy of its constituents, donors, staff and Team Members. As a Team Member you may be exposed to Personal and/or financial information. This information is confidential and should not be disclosed or discussed with anyone without permission from the Volunteer Coordinator. This confidentiality applies both during and after service. If you are in possession of privileged materials, you must turn them in to the Volunteer Coordinator before your service ends.
Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information is a serious violation of this policy and will subject the person who made the unauthorized disclosure to appropriate discipline, including dismissal.
