Volunteer Requirements:

Minimum age to volunteer: 14 years old (students under 14 yrs. old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian)
Background check (age 18 and older)
PPD - TB patch test - age 18 and older (done here in our clinic)
Volunteer Orientation

Vaccinations required:

Current flu vaccination

Dress Code and Conduct Code

Casual business attire
Closed toe, low heel shoes must be worn at all times

Not allowed:

Blue Jeans
Tee Shirts displaying advertising or inappropriate messages
Shorts
Hats or hoodies with the hood up
Leotards
Sweats
Leggings
Midriff Tops
Tank Tops
Earbuds when with Residents
Cell phone usage in Resident areas
