Dear Volunteer Applicants,

We hope this message finds you well. We appreciate your interest in volunteering with us and value your commitment to the community. We have an important update regarding our volunteer application process that we would like to share with you.

In our effort to streamline and centralize our volunteer management, we have decided to consolidate all volunteer applications into one centralized system. Therefore, the specific application form you may have previously accessed will be disabled, and we kindly request all prospective volunteers apply through the Manatee County Better Impact Account listed on our website mymanatee.org.

This centralization of our volunteer application process will allow us to maintain a more efficient and consistent approach to volunteer recruitment and management. As part of this transition, we will require all volunteers to undergo a mandatory background check and complete the online orientation through the Better Impact platform.

To get started, please visit our Manatee County Better Impact General Account and complete your volunteer application. The process is straightforward and user-friendly, and it will ensure that you are well-prepared to join our dedicated team of volunteers. If you already have a better impact account you do not have to create a new account. You will however have to fill our a new application by clicking the link above.

If you have any questions or need assistance with the application process, please do not hesitate to reach out to me at matthew.loge@mymanatee.org . I am here to help and provide guidance as needed.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we make this transition to a more efficient system. Your commitment to volunteering with us is highly valued, and we look forward to welcoming you to our team through this improves process.

Thank you for your support and dedication to our community.

Warm regards,

Matthew Loge
