Volunteer Agreement, Privacy Policy and Volunteer Policy
Volunteers are an important and valued part of Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust (the Trust). We hope that you will enjoy volunteering with us and feel a part of our team. Our Volunteer Agreement, Privacy Notice and Volunteer Policy explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

If you are under 18 years of age, we will need consent from your legal guardian/parent – in addition to filling in your application form, please download and complete the Volunteer Agreement and return to us via email ccs.volunteers@nhs.net or via post.
When you submit an application to become a volunteer, we will need to hold and process personal information about you. We will collect and store your data for the following purposes: recruitment checks, recording details of completed training and volunteer hours, communication with volunteers, equal opportunities monitoring and audit. We commit to ensuring that this data and information, and any that volunteers may provide in the future, will be stored securely (and in compliance with legislation), not kept longer than is necessary, or used for any reason other than what volunteers consent to, and will never be shared with any third party.
