If selected to continue through the Volunteer onboarding process, I understand and agree to complete the onboarding process.

Onboarding includes:

Profile, Consent for Photography & Terms of Engagement sign-off
2 Reference Check Questionnaires
Police Screening (determined at the time of the interview)
Pre-Placement Immunization Records & COVID-19 Vaccine QR Code
Worker Health & Safety Training
Volunteer Resources Orientation
