- Can commit to a minimum of one (1) year of volunteer service
- Can commit to 8-20 volunteer hours per quarter
- Can commit to the Museum’s mission; To invite all people to engage with the transformative power of the Bible
- Can commit to delivering exceptional customer service to our guests and staff
- Possess excellent verbal communication skills
- Will maintain a positive attitude
- Have the ability to stand for a minimum of 4.5 hours with minimal assistance
- Possess basic computer skills for training, scheduling, and communication via e-mail
- Have access to a computer with a valid e-mail address
- Am 16 years of age or older
- Am available during Museum hours of operation, which include weekdays, weekends, and evenings
- Able to complete all required training
- Have a desire to be cross trained in a variety of Museum departments
- Able to work independently and with supervision
- Agree to a criminal background check
- Am able to maintain legal work authorization in the United States during your volunteer service
- Understand my volunteer assignment may end based on a number of reasons. These may include lack of need, schedule changes, unsatisfactory performance, attitude, failure to comply with policy or other reasons.
- Acknowledge the ID Badge is the property of MOTB and will surrender my badge to a supervisor or Security upon request and/or at the end of the assignment
