Documents required to submit your application

In order to complete the application process, you will be required to submit the following documents:

  1. Up to date resume or CV
  2. Proof of your medical license or certification
  3. Valid passport 

Please have these items ready and on hand along with clear and legible photos or scans of these documents in .pdf form so they can be uploaded to your volunteer profile.
