I agree that the personal data relating to me which has been obtained by Oxfordshire County Council, including the personal data given by me on this form, may be held and processed either on computer on in manual records and may be disclosed to officers and authorised employees of the Council and used by the Council for any purpose relating to my voluntary work for the Council.

 

I also agree to update my contact details if they change or to notify my volunteer manager. I further agree that (for some library volunteering roles) my name and contact details may be shared with local library friends group or volunteer coordinator.
