Pet-Assisted visitation (PAV) handler volunteers provide a certified pet and accompany that pet to visit patients in nursing units to brighten the day of patients and staff.

The PAV handler volunteers, or Pet Therapy Teams, are all certified through the National Capital Therapy Dog Program. If you have not already been through this training, please contact us before completing the application.

2. NCTD Health Record

3. Rabies immunization record
