To apply to be a Zoos SA volunteer you must:

Be 18 years of age to apply
Hold a current National Police Check or be willing to undergo a screening
Be a current financial member of Zoos SA
Commit to about 180 hours per year of service (once a fortnight minimum)
Have your own email address and have basic computer skills or willing to learn!
Undertake volunteer training and agree to act in accordance with our values, policies, procedures and processes
Communicate positively

Zoos SA recruit on a needs basis for particular roles throughout the year.
