I declare that the information provided in this application is true and complete. I understand that any false information provided may be cause for denial of a volunteer placement or dismissal after placement and my volunteer status may be immediately revoked by YMCA Calgary at its own discretion. This information will be used to process my eligibility for a suitable volunteer position.
YMCA respects and is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of Personal Information entrusted to YMCA and ensuring that all Personal Information that YMCA holds is collected, used and disclosed in compliance with all applicable federal and provincial privacy laws, including Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (collectively, the “Privacy Legislation”). Within this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means information about an identifiable individual. Personal Information does not include publicly available information such as business contact information which includes an individual's name, position name or title, business telephone number, business address, business e-mail, business fax number and other similar business information provided that information is used for business contact purposes and not for other purposes; information that has been made anonymous, or aggregated information that cannot be associated with a specific individual.
