COVID-19 vaccination policy

We put safety first and foremost at NJPAC.
All volunteers must be vaccinated & boosted against COVID-19.

To be considered vaccinated, two weeks must have elapsed since the final shot of the recommended single or double shot vaccine. Booster vaccinations are required to be in compliance with this policy.

Please enter the dates of your vaccinations on the following application form AND
provide proof your vaccination to gbcoleman@NJPAC.org.

NJPAC's COVID-19 policies are reviewed and evaluated regularly and are updated as appropriate.
