You are logging in to Better Impact’s Volunteer Management System. Use of this application is restricted to authorized users in accordance with the Canadian Blood Services’ privacy and security policies. Users are responsible for the confidentiality of personal information and may only access a volunteer’s personal information where required to carry out their job functions. Unauthorized or improper use of the application may result in termination of access rights or other penalties allowed under law.
This application is subject to monitoring for such purposes as auditing, quality assurance, ensuring appropriate use, system maintenance and enhancements, and maintaining integrity and security. Users have no implicit or explicit expectation of privacy. By logging in or attempting to log in to this application you acknowledge you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of use as set out herein.
Your personal information will be used solely for the purposes of screening, qualifying and scheduling you for volunteer activities with Canadian Blood Services. By using this site, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes of managing your volunteer relationship with Canadian Blood Services.
Canadian Blood Services also uses the personal information you provided to Better Impact when you signed up for volunteering. We may collect and use additional personal information such as shirt size, the volunteer role you are applying for, your reason for applying, availability, minimum age confirmation and your date of birth (excluding birth year). We also maintain your training completion records.
