Requirements to Volunteer

For the safety of our patients, staff, and volunteers the following are requirements to directly volunteer with patients and/or patient information:
• Application
• Background Check*
• 2 References
• Government-Issued ID
• 2-Step PPD*
• Health Screen*
• Drug Screen*
• COVID Vaccine status
• Orientation Training (w/ passing quiz scores)
* Provided at no cost to the volunteer
