Important Volunteer Information

Before commencing in a volunteer role, the following information must be supplied to the Foundation:

emergency contact information
DHS Working with Children check
National Police Check
medical disclosure form

This material is carefully reviewed by the Foundation in order to ascertain that potential volunteers are suitable to fill Foundation roles. This screening process is confidential and conducted in accordance with the Foundation’s Privacy Policy.
