I hereby agree to accept a position as a volunteer / foster for Arizona Small Dog Rescue (AZSDR). In doing so, I agree to comply with all of the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of AZSDR. I understand that failure to do so may result in immediate withdrawal from the volunteer program.

I acknowledge that my services are provided strictly on a volunteer basis, without pay or compensation of any kind. I recognize that in the performance of volunteer tasks there exists a risk of injury, included but not limited to, physical harm caused by animals.

I understand that dogs can be unpredictable and can bite/attack at any time. I will use full caution in my actions and understand I am fully responsible for anything that happens to me while volunteering with AZSDR.

I agree to indemnify and hold AZSDR harmless from any direct or consequential damages arising from volunteering / fostering for AZSDR.
