Welcome New Volunteers!

Below are the volunteer policies for I Paw'd It Forward. Please read them carefully. By submitting an application, you are confirming that you agree to abide by our organization's policies. You will also be filling out a Waiver and Release of Liability later in the application.

Volunteers are accepted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, political beliefs, marital or familial status, or disability.

I hereby give consent and permission that I am authorized to participate in I Paw'd I Forward's Volunteer program. I am at least 18 years old and authorized to give this consent. 

I understand that I Paw'd It Forward or I may end my participation in the volunteer program at any time and no reason need be given for that separation.

I understand that I will serve in a volunteer capacity and not as an employee. I understand I volunteer without compensation or expense reimbursement, unless specified otherwise.

I understand that it is my responsibility to participate cooperatively as a volunteer. I’ll ensure that, at all times, I abide by the rules, policies, and procedures of the volunteer program. I understand that violation of rules related to (but not limited to) possession of drugs; possession of a weapon; inappropriate conversations/contact; offensive behavior or remarks towards other participants, staff, or visitors, including use of racial, religious or sexual slurs or intimidation; theft or vandalism; or violence/bullying will result in dismissal as a volunteer.

I agree to allow photographs or video taken of me during the performance of I Paw'd It Forward volunteer activities and that photos may be utilized by the I Paw'd It Forward for commercial or promotional purposes.
