I understand the nature of these events and do hereby release CornerStone, it's staff and representatives, from any liability for accidents or injury sustained in conjuction with this event. I authorize CornerStone to use my likeness in photographs/videos in any and all of its publications and media. I will make no monetary or other claims against CornerStone for the use of such photos/videos.
