I understand that, along with all Cathedral volunteers, I will be required to complete the Church of England Foundation Level Safeguarding Awareness before I begin my volunteer role.

I confirm to the best of my knowledge that the information I have given is correct, and understand that any misleading statement or deliberate omission may result in my Volunteer role being terminated.
