All volunteers are required to receive the flu vaccine annually unless otherwise exempt from the vaccine due to a medical or religious exemption. This policy will comply with all applicable federal, state and local rules and regulations and is based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), as well as that of local health authorities.
