Volunteer Application Policy
Applicants should be at least 16 years old. If under 16, the volunteer must be accompanied by an adult. The accompanying adult should complete the application and indicate their hopes to volunteer with a young companion.
By completing this application, you agree to the following statements:
I certify that the answers provided on my volunteer application are true and complete to the best of my knowledge.
I authorize investigation of all statements contained in this application.
I understand that St. Joseph Food Program, Inc. will conduct a background check on me and that I do consent to this.
I agree to treat all information I may hear, see, read or otherwise acquire as highly confidential and I will not reveal or discuss this information outside of my official duties at St. Joseph Food Program, Inc.
I understand that St. Joseph Food Program, Inc. is not obligated to accept me into their volunteer program and that if accepted they or I may terminate the volunteer agreement at any time.
If accepted, I agree to the following:
- False or misleading information given in my application(s) or interview(s) may result in discharge at any time.
- I will learn and follow policies, procedures, and guidelines established by the organization.
- I will be added to a volunteer email list, but may unsubscribe at any time.
