You agree to:

  • Learn about and support Reynolda’s policies and procedures.
  • Attend scheduled orientation and training sessions when applicable.
  • Be punctual and notify the volunteer coordinator of absences in advance.
  • Carry out duties reliably and to the best of your ability.
  • Seek and accept the guidance of Reynolda staff.
  • Act professionally, which includes respecting all confidences. 

We agree to:

  • Provide orientations, training, support, supervision, and evaluation.
  • Provide flexible opportunities in terms of time and assignments.
  • Create an encouraging environment.
  • Provide meaningful tasks.
  • Inform volunteers of service and learning opportunities.
  • Inform volunteers of any changes to the schedule or program.
