I understand that to ensure the safety of Library patrons, I will be asked to complete an online Police Information Check at no cost to me. The information on this application form is collected under the authority of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, and will be used solely for the purpose of coordination of volunteer activities for the Calgary Public Library and Calgary Public Library Foundation.
