Dear Applicant please note the following policies with regard to Volunteering with Historic Royal Palaces:

All applicants must be aged 18 or over and be able to commit to a regular volunteer activity with Historic Royal Palaces.

In filling out this application form you agree to Historic Royal Palaces keeping the information you provide on file within this system for 12 months.

During this time, we shall use this information for the sole purpose of contacting you in regard to volunteering opportunities. At any point within that time, you may deactivate your account of your own accord.

Please note, we have a great deal of interest in our volunteer roles. Opportunities arise periodically throughout the year at which point we will contact applicants matched to the role.

In that sense, applying to volunteer at HRP does not guarantee applicants a volunteer role and it may take a number of months for us to be able to contact volunteer applicants.

We unfortunately cannot contact each applicant on an individual basis.

Please note: The reference contacts you provide us as part of this application will not be contacted until you are engaging with us as part of a recruitment process.

HRP volunteer roles may be subject to an Enhanced DBS check, including Barred lists.
