Application Policy
If successful in my volunteer application at The Glebe Centre Inc., I understand the conditions and limitations as outlined below and that further policies will be shared during my orientation and training. I understand that failure to comply with all policies and position expectations may result in the termination of my volunteer position.
- I will fulfill my commitment(s) to the best of my abilities. However, if my knowledge and involvement are incompatible with a selected activity, I may be considered for another position.
- I will be provided copies of all relevant policies to my role during orientation and expected to follow all guidelines as outlined in the Volunteer Handbook and Policies.
- I will not provide any direct care to residents outside of the scope of my position descriptions. I will not complete any physical transfer or residents and understand that only Personal Support Workers and/or Nurses can completed these task
