Organization Policies
- You agree to be dedicated and dependable in trying to assist members to achieve personal and academic goals; and to preserve the confidentiality of all information learned about the child and his or her family.
- You agree to meet with members only at a Boys & Girls Club facility or approved setting, and only during regular Club hours.
- You will not transport members in my personal automobile.
- You acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the preceding statements.
CONSENT
Our emphasis is on providing wholesome activities supervised by people of high moral character. Because of the risk, no matter how remote, of exploitation or abuse of our members is unacceptable, we are required to secure your consent for a background check and to examine all references.
You hereby authorize the Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware to receive any criminal history record information pertaining to you which may be in the files or any state of local criminal justice agency in Delaware.
PHOTO RELEASE
You understand that photographs or videotapes may be made of your volunteer activities at the Boys & Girls Club.
You authorize the Boys & Girls Club, without limitation, to copy, publish, exhibit, and/or distribute such photographs or videotapes for the purpose of promotion of volunteerism.
You waive all rights or claims you may have against the organization, and/or its agents, subsidiaries, or assignees, to the above mentioned photographs and videotapes.
