The personal information collected on this form allows Australian Red Cross Lifeblood to register you as a potential volunteer. All information collected will be handled in the strictest confidence in accordance with the Federal Privacy Act

Eligibility requirements- in order to be a volunteer, you must be over 16 years old and undertake a National Police Check, which will be organised through Australian Red Cross Lifeblood. If you have been convicted of a crime involving dishonesty or violence you will not be eligible to be a volunteer, consistent with our duty to our people.
