Group Volunteer Information
Hello!
As group leader, we will ask you to identify the point person for our staff to coordinate details and scheduling with. That person will create the Better Impact account with their contact information and answer key questions about the group's needs.
Guidelines:
To ensure a positive experience for everyone involved, we ask that everyone in the group please follow these guidelines during your time with us. As representative of the group, please note your agreement to share these with those who will be participating!

Be on Time: Arrive at the designated location promptly to receive instructions and materials.

Dress Appropriately: Wear clothing that is suitable for the activity and weather. Closed-toe shoes are recommended unless otherwise stated.

Stay Positive & Respectful: Treat all participants, staff, fellow volunteers, and community members with kindness, patience, and respect.

Follow Instructions: Listen to and follow directions provided by staff leads.

Be Present: Stay engaged with your assigned task. Please keep cell phone use to a minimum during active volunteering time.

Safety First: Report any injuries, hazards, or concerns to an event supervisor immediately.

No Substance Use: The use of alcohol, tobacco, vaping, or drugs is not permitted during the event.

Photography Policy: If event photos are being taken, let us know if you or your group members prefer not to be photographed.
