By checking the box, I certify that the information I have or will provide is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I authorize Aquarium of the Bay to contact my references, and I understand that part of the application process is a criminal background check for volunteers 18+. I understand that any discrepancy or lack of information may result in the rejection of this application. I understand that this is an application for a volunteer position and does not mean I will necessarily be granted a position. I further understand that if I am offered a volunteer position, there is a non-refundable $35 fee to cover the cost of training and materials.
