Thank you for taking the time to complete an application to volunteer at the Humane Society. The first step is to complete this application!

I am over the age of 16 years.

I understand that volunteering at the shelter may not be used for any required service hours for school or for a crime.

I understand there are certain risks inherent in volunteering for HSSW including bites, injuries, and diseases.

I understand that I must commit to one 2-hour shift per week for six months or 5 shifts a week for 2 months.

I understand that my legal guardian will be contacted and will need to attend an Orientation with me. I understand that volunteering is a privilege, and my application may be rejected, and my service may be declined at any time.
