Application Instructions

Complete an application by creating a username and password in the "I am new to MyImpactPage.com" section at the bottom of this page.

High School Seniors applying for the Bayhealth Volunteer opportunities

should note:

Shifts are Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm.
Your school schedule must have availability during the day for a minimum 2-hour shift.
Students should plan to volunteer for a minimum of 100 hours for the school year.
We do not have volunteers under the age of 21 at the hospital at night or on weekends.
Your High School advisor will need to confirm your schedule.

Once you complete the application form, please click the submit button at the bottom. You will receive an email to confirm we have received your application.
