Dogventure Participation
Dogventures... because adventure is fun, but adventure with a dog is better!
Thank you for your interest in taking a dog on a Dogventure with Lost Dog & Cat Rescue Foundation! Some of our dogs at the kennel would really appreciate a change of scenery whether it is for a few hours or overnight.
Volunteer Participation Agreement
My participation with Lost Dog & Cat Rescue Foundation (LDCRF) is voluntary, and I undertake such activity freely with full knowledge of the risks involved. I assume all risks associated with such activity and hereby release LDCRF and its members of any and all liability for all costs and damages associated with such activity. In consideration for being permitted to volunteer for LDCRF, I hereby for myself, my heirs, administrators and assigns, fully irrevocably and unconditionally release and agree to hold harmless LDCRF and its individual members from any and all known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, suspected or unsuspected and/or fixed, conditional or contingent, actions, causes of actions, charges, suits, debts, demands, claims, contracts, covenants, liens, rights, liabilities, losses, royalties, costs, expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees) or damages, including but not limited to any medical costs, damages to property, persons or other pets of every kind, nature and description, at law or in equity, in connection with or arising from any volunteering for LDCRF. In further consideration for being permitted to volunteer for LDCRF, I hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold LDCRF, its officers, directors, agents and employees harmless from and against any claim, demand or cause of actions brought against LDCRF, its officers, directors, agents or employers, jointly or individually, for bodily injury or property damage suffered as a result of my negligent, reckless or willful act or omission in the performance (or failure to perform) my volunteer responsibilities. I represent that I have fully read this waiver of liability and understood each and every provision and that I am signing this document of my own free will.
