To begin your inquiry form, Fill out the fields in the "I am new to MyImpactPage" box towards the bottom left side of the screen, click on "I have read the above information", and click the "Save & Continue" button.

When you start and complete your application, you are agreeing to our Community Engagement Department and PVAS Policies.

All Group Point of Contact(s) must not only adhere to our policies but also review and understand our Group Volunteer Policies

Before the date of attendance, all attending person(s) must complete and turn in their signed Service Agreement to their Point of Contact.
Point of Contacts then must upload them to their profile or Scan and Email them to volunteer@pvastx.org and type "Group Paperwork" in the Subject line or drop them off in person at our Trenton Location.
