You agree to:

  • Abide by Haven House policies and procedures
  • Have a background check completed by Haven House
  • NOT have any of the following charges: illegal drug related, theft or retail-fraud, extortion, sexual misconduct of any kind
  • Attend a scheduled orientation
  • Arrive no later than 10 minutes for scheduled shifts
  • NOTIFY Volunteer & Projects Manager, via software by clicking "decline" next to scheduled shift & by phone, within 24 hours of shift when unable to volunteer
  • If unavailable, leave voicemail for Volunteer & Projects Manager (517) 348-0688 that you are unable to complete scheduled shift
  • Hold as confidential any private information obtained directly or indirectly concerning our clients

We agree to:

  • Provide you with assignments to fulfill hours requirement
  • Provide letterhead verifying hours completion
