The 2026 Volunteer Transfer Request form is now closed.
We ask folks to request transfers early in the year when we have the best selection of crew opportunities available. Late requests are challenging, both for crew coordinators who are expecting you back, and for good options to be available to you.
Your choices for the 2026 festival are to return to your previous crew, or take a year off and apply for a transfer before February 28, 2027.
