Ageing with Grace requires the information below in order to ascertain your suitability as an Aged Care Volunteer Visitor. The information you provide will be retained confidentially within the Organisation and only relevant information will be shared with the Aged Care Provider. Your information may be shared with the Department of Health and Ageing only for statistical purposes and therefore de-identified or for recognition (your name and email/address for letters of acknowledgement). We will always keep you informed. You have a right to access this personal information. A copy of the Organisation's Privacy and Confidentiality Policy is available upon request.
