know what position you want to apply for. See job postings to see required workdays, hours of work, and required training.
are legally entitled to work in British Columbia.
are not related to any candidate running for office.
are not actively working for any election campaign.

About voting days

General voting day is Saturday, October 17, 2026.
Advance voting will take place on October 7, 10, 14, and 15.
Hours of work are from 7am until closing and clean up at the poll, which is expected to be until 9pm or later.
