Your privacy is important to us. Any information provided in this application will be held confidentially by Newtown Mission UCA for the purposes of processing volunteer applications and engagement.

Under 18s Form

This form is for students who are part of a school group or for individuals under 18 who are being accompanied by a parent/guardian.

  • To volunteer at the Jordan Cafe each student/person under 18 must create a profile in this portal. This portal is called MyImpactPage and is managed by the software system and company BetterImpact.
  • The process may take up to 20 MINUTES to complete
  • It cannot be saved and returned to, please ensure you have time to complete it
  • If you are a student - you can put the address of your school
  • The documents that need to be signed are better viewed on a computer, please scroll to the right when viewing the documents to ensure you do not miss any fields
  • Make sure to fill all questions with a flag/star next to them
  • If you are under 18, click one of the links for our Under 18s form: Mobile | Desktop
  • For your Username: use your email address
  • Other NGOs and charities use this portal, so you may already have a profile. If you are not sure whether you do, type your email into all three fields in the I am New to MyImpactPage.com section. The system will tell you whether you do have one. If you do, you must sign in under the I Already Have a Username section, you may need to utilise the forgotten password function.
