  1. Create a Username. It MUST be in the format Firstname.Surname@stjohnnsw.com.au. For example John.Smith@stjohnnsw.com.au 
  2. Enter in your current email address
  3. Provide some basic contact details and select a Division or Area of Volunteering Preference once you have been redirected to the online application form
  4. As a youth applicant or parent/guardian of a youth applicant, please ensure that the next of kin/parent/guardian information is correct, so that one of our Welcomer team can contact you on-behalf of the applicant.
  5. The Media Release Consent Form will be provided by the Division for completion.
