Carroll Hospital Volunteer Policies
Carroll Hospital is now accepting applications for the 2026 Summer Junior Volunteer Program! This is a wonderful opportunity for young volunteers to gain hands-on experience in a healthcare setting while making a meaningful difference in our community. We encourage all interested applicants to review the commitment expectations below and submit their application by the deadline.
Junior Volunteer Agreement – Carroll Hospital
As a Junior Volunteer at Carroll Hospital, I agree to:
- Commit to a minimum of 8 weeks during the summer session (June – August)
- Attend the required Junior Volunteer Orientation on June 2, 2026, from 4:00 – 6:00 PM — no exceptions
- Arrive on time and perform all assigned duties with care and responsibility
- Conduct myself with dignity, courtesy, and respect, upholding Carroll Hospital's core values of Service, Performance, Innovation, Respect, and Teamwork
- Follow all standards, policies, and procedures of the Volunteer Services Department and Carroll Hospital
- Bring any concerns or complaints to the Volunteer Office
- Meet all medical requirements set by Carroll Hospital
- Represent the Volunteer Program positively by following the Volunteer Services Department dress code
- Wear my hospital identification badge at all times while on duty
*Application Deadline: April 15, 2026. As part of the application, you will be required to write a 250-word essay. Details are included on the application.
