The Barrie Public Library and Barrie Dragon Boat Festival are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for employees, volunteers, paddlers and spectators.
 
All Barrie Dragon Boat Festival volunteers must:
  • Be at least 14 years old
  • Sign a waiver - included in your application
  • Complete an online Customer Service training module
  • Attend an in person volunteer orientation. **This is only mandatory for those who have not volunteered at a past festival**
