Organization Policies
If accepted into Cincinnati Museum Center's Youth Programs, I agree to spend a minimum of 250 volunteer hours in service on the floor of Cincinnati Museum Center for one year. I will complete all trainings, attend all mandatory meetings, and arrive for shifts on time.
I certify that the information given herein is true, correct and complete. I authorize verification of all statements contained in this application. I authorize former employers or educational institutions to provide information concerning me, and I release them from liability for providing any such information to the Cincinnati Museum Center.
I understand and acknowledge that any volunteer / employment relationship with this organization is of an "at will" nature, which means that the Volunteer / Employee may resign at any time with or without cause. It is further understood that this "at will" volunteer / employment relationship may not be changed by any written document or by conduct unless such change is specifically acknowledged in writing by an authorized executive of this organization.
