2027-2030 Strategic Plan – Resident Panel
Congratulations! You’ve been selected as a volunteer for the Resident Panel. Please complete this form to secure your spot.
The volunteer group will meet five (5) times in person at the Kitchener Market (300 King St E, Kitchener, ON N2G 2L3). The meeting schedule is as follows:
- July 18, 2026 – 9:00 – 11:30 a.m.
- August 22, 2026 – 9:00 – 11:30 a.m.
- September 19, 2026 – 9:00 – 11:30 a.m.
- October 24, 2026 – 9:00 - 11:30 a.m.
- November 14, 2026 – 9:00 – 11:30 a.m.
Important: Volunteers will be asked to prepare in advance of each meeting by doing one or more of the following: reading materials, watching videos, and reflecting on agenda content (approximately 1-3 hour pre-work commitment per session).
Privacy Statement: Personal information on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), s. 28 (2), and will be used to qualify you as a City of Kitchener Volunteer. This information will be shared with staff who require it for their work as part of administering and supporting of volunteers. I also understand that my personal information will be stored in a Third Party server located in Toronto, Ontario.
