You agree to:

  • abide by the policies and procedures of Cumberland Hospice Volunteer Visitation Program.
  • attend scheduled orientation and training sessions, as applicable.
  • notify the Supervisor within a reasonable time frame of any changes to your ability or commitment to volunteering.
  • hold as confidential all patient information obtained directly or indirectly through your position as a volunteer with Hospice.

We agree to: 

  • provide you with orientation, training and guidance through your volunteer journey.
  • maintain good communication with you and ensure availability to address questions and concerns within a timely manner.
