I understand that at no time nor under any circumstances am I allowed to remove any items from The Salvation Army Ontario Distribution Centre unless explicitly permitted to do so by TSA ODC Volunteer Management Team duly authorized delegate. I accept that should I do so, I will no longer be able to volunteer at The Salvation Army Ontario Distribution Centre.

I, the undersigned, do willingly promise to hold IN CONFIDENCE all matters that come to my attention while volunteering at The Salvation Army including materials from and about clients and matters regarding The Salvation Army staff.

I will respect the privacy of the people whom I serve and work with and will confer appropriately with those designated as my supervisors and/or administrators.
