Exploratorium Individual Volunteer Application Form
We are currently at capacity, so there may be some delay in responding to your inquiry.

While our teen volunteer program remains on hiatus, the paid HIGH SCHOOL EXPLAINER PROGRAM will be hiring for the 2026 School Year Session on July 1st, 2026.
A recent SFMTA list included the Exploratorium as a prospective site for Community Service hours; however, the museum does not host court-mandated service opportunities. We are working with SFMTA to update their list as soon as possible.
