Thank you for your interest in volunteering at CHEO!

During this time, we are seeking community members interested in volunteering with our Welcoming and Wayfinding Team at the main entrance of CHEO main campus - to welcome families and help them find their way around the organization. 

To apply, candidates must:

  • be 18 years of age or older
  • be fully vaccinated against COVID
  • have consistent weekly availability during the weekdays between 8am and 5pm from January to April, 2026 (Welcoming and Wayfinding volunteer shifts are from 8am-11am, 11am-2pm, and 2pm-5pm).

Ideal candidates are also:

  • bilingual (French/English) or multilingual
  • and/or those interested in volunteering beyond May 2026.

Selected applicants will be notified about the next step by 12pm noon on Friday, November 14th.

Those who are not selected at this time are welcome to apply again once we have engaged these round of applicants and assess our vacancies. At that time, we will reopen the application.
