IOE is an inclusive community where the importance of family well being, social connection and the freedom of choice is at the core of supporting people with a disability. We strive to achieve this vision by strongly valuing our youth volunteers, host volunteers, and volunteer carers.
Interchange Outer East (IOE) is a child safe organisation upholding the right of children and vulnerable people to be free from abuse. All people involved with IOE have the right to feel safe and supported during their involvement with the organisation.

Once you have completed this process your application will be assessed by the volunteer coordinators.
