Thank you so much for your interest in volunteering with Kitchen Angels! We are an inclusive organization and do our best to match your skills & availability with preferred tasks.

There are a few items you should know before applying to become a volunteer:

  • We do not allow individuals to volunteer if they have committed violent or theft-related crimes.
  • You will be required to clear a background check if you are performing Community Service (court or probation mandated) or if you have direct contact with our homebound clients (delivery drivers or Caring Callers).
  • You must be over 16 years old to volunteer in the kitchen.
  • Our fast-paced kitchen environment is not suitable for individuals with significant hearing or visual impairment.
