Hosparus Health Volunteer Health Requirements

To ensure the safety of our patients and each other, all Hosparus Health staff and volunteers are required to have the following immunizations:

Annually, during flu season (November 1 to March 31), submit flu immunization document. If you don't submit flu immunization, you will be "Inactive" during the flu season.
